The PLG series is the gang-tool lathe for large parts production. The PLG line has great accuracy and fast rapid traverses, paired with the ability to machine up to 2.95” through spindle bore or 10” with a chuck.
Beyond it’s ability to cut large parts accurately, the PLG series is very versatile. An 8-station turret option is available for additional tooling. A tailstock can also be added for long parts.

The PLG models ranges from:
1.65” (42mm), 2.05” (52mm), 2.95” (60mm) in bar capacity
6”, 8”, 10” in chuck capcity.
The standard PLG-42 has 6” turning diamter and 9.05” x 11.81” XZ travels.
PLG-42XL is the “Extra Long” model that has the same spindle and headstock as PLG-42 but features longer XZ travels as PLG-52 and PLG-60.
PLG-52 and PLG-60 both have generous 12.60” x 22.05” XZ travels.
PLG-60 has 44% larger spindle capacity at 60mm (2.95”) spindle bore.
