Gang-tool lathes are simply more accurate than turret based parts. The GTV is the ultimate gang-tool lathe. For jobs that need accuracy and speed, the GTV delivers. With a positional accuracy of 0.00005” and maximum axes rapid speed of 787 inches per minute, the GTV doesn’t tradeoff speed for accuracy.
The GTV is also exceptionally versatile being able to handle parts up to 1.654” in diameter through the spindle. Hard turning is a standard feature and millturning and grinding can be achieved with optional attachments.

We use world leading controls and servo systems from FANUC & FAGOR. The GTV can be equipped with either control system! And either in 2 or 3axis configuration. Each configuration is matched servos, drives and controllers are from the same manufacturer. Choose FANUC or FAGOR and count on their reputation. Using either control gives you instant productivity, and instant profitability.
KEY FEATURES
Extreme Accuracy – The GTV maintains a 0.00005” positional accuracy even when the slides are moving at their maximum speed. The GTV’s rigid construction ensures this accuracy throughout the machine’s lifetime.
Blistering Speed – The X and Z axes move at 787 inches per minute during rapids. The spindle accelerates from
0 to 6000 RPM in just 0.5 seconds. The GTV wastes no time getting into the cut.
Vertical Design – The GTV’s unique vertical plate design ensures that metal chips and coolant quickly flow away from the tooling for faster parts production. This design also improves ergonomics giving the operator better visibility and easy access for parts handling.

NOW AVAILABLE WITH 16C Collet
(42mm bar capacity) GTV is now available with both 27mm and 42mm spindle capacity. In terms of collet sizes. This means customers can choose either 5C or 16C type spindle collet configuration depending on their required part diameter. The larger spindle capacity comes without any sacrafice to the high speed machining capability that GTV is known for. As always, hydraulic 3-jaw chucks are also available as workholding options.
