Motion Control

Spindle

  • High precision angular contact bearings are used; 4500rpm BT50 and 8000rpm BT40 spindles are available.
  • High power collet with wide contact faces allows long spindle life.
  • High torque spindle motors combined with an optional ZF gearbox can achieve maximum power output.
  • High torque spindle belts allow maximum torque to be driven to the spindle unit.
  • The high accuracy YOU JI spindle is dynamically balanced to ensure perfect accuracy at high speeds.

Chip Disposal System

Chips are pushed by screw type conveyors on both sides of the main structure towards the front of the machine, they are expelled to the chip bucket.

Flushing Device

High power coolant pumps push the chips towards the chip conveyors leaving a clean working environment.

Coolant System

  • Coolant with nozzle flows to the tip of the tool precisely for operator safety and ease of use.
  • Large size coolant tank allows the coolant time to retrieve ambient temperature.
  • The coolant tank is integrated inside the machine enclosure and occupied less floor space.
